I have successfully completed an impressive variety of product marketing projects. My process is to begin by analyzing the competition. For example, Columbia Ultimate Software competed in a narrow (and geographically clumped) niche of collections software vendors. Its longevity and reliability had earned it a coveted designation as an IBM Business Partner.
The challenge? Generate sales leads, via direct mail, in under six weeks. The campaign, run by the Ad Ranch subsidiary, The Frenzy Group, also included follow-up telemarketing.
The results? Collectively, we generated $2 million in sales leads.
